Jungle Animals is an award-winning software CD from the Story Logic Series by Smart Neurons in which I am the story narrator and the voice of all of the characters. Audition Form
If you have been struggling to remember all of the information from your auditions - type of audition, where you went, who you saw, what you wore...struggle no more! This audition form will be as helpful to you as it has been to me. There are other log entry systems that are very costly. This is in a PDF format and you can print the forms out, complete after every audition, attach any receipts (meals, parking, etc.) and place in a looseleaf book.
Booking Form
This booking form will be as helpful to you as the Audition Form. Keep track of every aspect of the job you booked, including all the expenses you incurred (i.e., travel, parking, subway) and much more!
